What is your proudest placement to date?
The CRO at StackAdapt! It was my first C-level placement and we built a great bond throughout the process. I had the honor of helping him build out his team once he started. They tripled their revenue and doubled their headcount.
Who's been your favourite startup client?
Vena Solutions! We’ve placed roles all the way from SDRs to members of the executive leadership team. It’s been really cool to work with every department within their organization.
The best piece of advice I'd give a candidate who wants to join a startup
Be authentically yourself, your vibe attracts your tribe! Don’t pretend to be the smartest person in the room or you will never learn and ask the right questions. Don’t be afraid to hustle hard, roll up your sleeves and get dirty.
