A great leader believes in the importance of collaboration and team work to achieve the best result.

I believe there are some people born with instinctive leadership qualities. However, I do believe leaders can be built through mentorship of other leaders.
Recruitment isn’t something that I had specifically sought out, however, after learning more about the job and working on my first presentation for Leadership Agency, I found I was passionate for this job and that I was interested in building a career in this field.
What was your first job?
Most people don’t know that my first job was Tim Hortons. I was 16 years old, working drive thru every Saturday at 6 am. I was such a fashionista so wearing the uniform and visor was the worst part of the job.

I love gangster rap, caffeine, and I’m a firm believer that when life gives you lemons, you toss your hair in a bun, put on some gangster rap and handle it!
